I took (and recommend) the Crostoncini alla Florio as an appetizer: good, light and very tasty. I didn't even have time to finish them that I had already received an incomparable plate of semolina gnocchi alla Romana (they change every week with always very tasty recipes). I didn't take a second but I can say with certainty that their desserts are all handmade, fresh and never cloying. The staff is quick, efficient and they pay attention to every detail. Excellent service with authentic smiles (I remember saying "I love your smile") and passion for the food and the business. Beer was served with the proper glasses and when I, as a Belgian, commented on that with appreciation, the response showed their professionalism.
