Excellent pizzas (I had Coloratta, would recommend). The choice of pizzas is very wide, with some very unusual combinations. Mine, for instance, had zucchini basis, instead of usual tomato. We spent six unforgettable weeks in Certaldo and found ourselves coming back here twice a week — that’s how good it is! Nous sommes des clients de ce restaurant depuis bientôt 19ans. Nos visites au mois d août ,à Pâques et cette fois ci pour la fin d année ont toujours été un vrai plaisir gustatif pour chaque plat choisi. Tous les deux ou accompagnés d amis, nous apprécions l’ambiance de ce local de village en Toscane. Le service est fait par Adriano, la cuisine par son épouse. Tout est parfait,produits frais, fraîchement cuisinés et goûteux. La pizza est elle aussi excellente. Nous avons pu déguster pour bien commencer l année una bistecca Fiorentina…..un délice. La viande était saisie parfaitement pour la cuisson et tendre à souhait! Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant pour ceux qui aiment la cuisine simple et familiale mais préparée avec soins.
