Sushina — Restaurant in Cervia

One of my rules when traveling to Italy is to stick to the local cuisine. Italians alter foreign cuisine to match Italian flavors. In America you can typically trust that cultural cuisine is delicious because it's made by the people of that culture.

Sushina is an exception. The food is creative, fresh, delicious and true to the flavors you attribute to sushi. The prices are fair and on top of that the staff is friendly and welcoming.

From ordering to pickup, everything is amazing. They offer delivery, pickup or dine in. They even have an app for easier ordering. And food..I'm without photos. I didn't even manage to take them because it was eaten so fast. Gyozas were one of the best we ever had. And fish was super fresh. Un posto ni, molto bella la location anche se pur sempre in mezzo al casino si riesce ad avere intimità, misure anti-covid nella norma, i tavoli sono distanziati normalmente, personale super gentile, qualità del cibo ottima, assortimento dei piatti normali, non eccessivi, bevande costo nella media, acqua più alto del solito, tutto sommato esperienza positiva ma conto troppo alto per i miei gusti, ok location e qualità e tutto il resto ma 4 euro per il coperto sono veramente eccessivi, e i piatti seppur buoni e ben impiattati costano comunque troppo, consiglio solo se si vuole passare una serata diversa dal solito, ma un all you can eat qualsiasi è comunque alla sua stessa altezza, mi spiace perché con tutte le recensioni positive ne avrei voluta mettere una anche io...dubito mi...
