Osteria TreSeiCinque — Restaurant in Cervia

Evening started well with complementary posecco and amuse boucle but went down hill fast. They played hard Rock music which crashed with a buscker outside. Service were clearly informed of my allergy to nuts. However, a basket of bread contained nuts, and when I complained, the waiter then  told me that I shouldn't eat and no apology was offered Next having ordered white wine, red was poured into my glass by the waiter. Again no apology after waiter insisted that it was our order. Next we ordered  fish main courses, one was correct the other was chicken. After discussing how long it would take to cook the dish I had actuslly ordered , it was clear that both main dishes had to go back and so we waited 15 more  minutes for our dishes All in all food was well cooked but service was terrible and spoilt the whole evening Had to deduct the service charge myself Top prices charged but service so clearly lacking in organisation and...

I must say food is really disappointed . The octopus was fine however need it a bit of favolar The problem was with a. I was unfortunately very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. The waiter first brought my ordered dish to another guest. After she had poked around in the food and said she hadn’t ordered it, the waiter simply brought the same plate to me – without any explanation or apology. I was speechless in that moment and honestly quite shocked that something like this could even happen.

For me, this is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a hygiene perspective. A real shame – I had actually been looking forward...
