Uolli's BBQ factory Chiavari — Restaurant in Chiavari

The ribs are amazing! If you are familiar with American-style barbecue ribs and have been trying to find a place in Liguria to get some, do not hesitate to get them here. I am from Texas, one of the premier barbecue places in the world, and I loved these ribs. I also had the brisket and it was definitely different from what I am used to in Texas. If you have had good brisket in America and get it here at Uolli’s, I’ll be honest you might be a bit disappointed. But if you have no expectations, the brisket is really good and worthy to order. I also don’t blame them because they aren’t able to have the same type of smoker setup as they do in the states, so I commend them for what they are able to make.

Anyways, I highly recommend going to Uolli’s if you are craving some classic barbecue meat. The prices are more than reasonable, cheaper than what it would cost in America. The sides were really good as well, I had the coleslaw and the beans and thought they were made very well. The only thing possibly better than the food was the service.
