Truly embarassing. The food was amazing. Was it worth 3 hours waiting? No. Very unprofessional, when the delay was pointed out no apology was given but instead the owner started small talking about having become grandmother of birds on the restaurant's balcony while we had a tired pregnant woman at the table. We waited for way too long and the excuse at the cashier was "it takes long to bake fish" (the waiter at the table admitted to having forgotten) Later it started raining and we had no umbrella. We had to move while eating which was also very upsetting. No discount was given. No apology. You are an expensive place, you cannot just be so rude and disrespectful to your clients. Also, if there is a fixed price, you cannot give smaller portions to women compared to men. If that is necessary clients would ask. A real scam, such a pity for the quality of the food.

Edit: sometimes acknowleding your mistakes and accepting critical feedback is more important than to be right. Looking at the replies you gave to me and other unsatisfied costumers i see that is a virtue...

We we're recomended this restaurant by the reception of our hotel in Chioggia. All seemed well as we were kindly received and seated by two young waitresses. Once they took our order everything changed! The plates we're thrown in front of us. The salads we ordered arrived with no seasoning and we had to ask for salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar;2 all arriving separately much later! The waitresses seemed in such a hurry that as soon as we started to ask for something, they had already disappeared! Then came the best... Chioggia is well known to be one of the largest fishing towns in Italy. So, of course we ordered some of the fish they had to offer. Our fish came with two of the smallest pieces of lemons we had ever been served before in Italy! When we asked for more the waitress said they had no more lemon. In short, the food was served cold, the waitresses were careless and rough, the owner was rude when it came to paying the bill saying that she had enough of her job after being in it for 30 years. Our coment is "You should give it up"! Such a bad experience,...

Food was great, a fresh fish which I chose was grilled and accompanied by grilled vegetables and potatoes. The place is also very dog friendly. BUT.. The service was really poor. Firstly they forgot or misunderstood (due to poor English) the order of my girlfriend, so she stayed without a meal that night because when they realised the kitchen was already closed. Best part was that they did not even apologise, just said that it was mixed up and her grilled vegetables are basically what I got with my fish. Just trying to find an excuse I guess. Secondly our plates were laying around finished about good 20 minutes and the staff didn't even bother to ask us how it was and how satisfied we are. The whole patio was already packed and we were just given the check. Prices were above the average and were not compensated by out satisfaction. All in all rather negative impressions. I think there are many other better options in...

Top Restaurant in the very heart of Chioggia's high street (Corso del Popolo). They offer top quality seafood and fish recipes with a cozy and stylish atmosphere. Cristina, its creative owner, is smily and relaxed (her costume I'm the picture is in honour of the Marciliana celebrations taking place on the third weekend in June). That's why we keep coming back! Tonight we enjoyed 4 different appetizers which we shared (gran saore, grilled shells, raw tuna with burrata, olives, capers and cherry tomatoes, octopus salad), linguine with clams (best in town!), Grilled tuna with roast potatoes, fried mix. Everything was delicious! Reserve a table in advance, not to be let down...
