Il Diavolo L'acqua Santa was the last restaurant we went to during our stay in the Lake Como region, our dinner there was a fantastic send-off for a fantastic region.

The food was very well executed and fresh. Our antipasti was Burrata with cured meats, and it was both delicious and well presented (and also served with additional olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic (should you desire to use it) on the side, something that was not offered to us at every restaurant we went to!). Our main dishes were the flank steak with grilled vegetables and the pasta with an orange duck ragout sauce, and both were fantastic. The steak was seasoned well (well enough, even, that I would actually recommend shelling out for one of their more expensive steaks! The steak was good, but it was so tasty that my husband and I both wondered what their filet would taste like), and the duck ragout was one of the most unique dishes we tasted when in Italy. The dessert was great (including a traditional Austrian sacher cake, common in the region, and panna cotta).

The last thing I want to note is how beautiful the restaurant was as well. My husband and I were both impressed at how beautiful and spacious the restaurant was, and we really enjoyed the semi-outdoor seating provided to us (they have an area that is outside, but partially enclosed - its extremely romantic!).

We would definitely recommend this restaurant again, it was a fantastic place to dine and the experience (and the service)...

What a magical place to enjoy diner. Located in the outskirts of Como you unexpectedly enter this beautiful building. The interior is a combination of old stone walls, concrete floors and wooden ceilings. Greeted by the horse peeking through a hole in de the wall you can have diner in the beautiful lighted garden. The food is of exceptional quality. Original recipes of traditional Italians meals. The wines are in a wide price range. They taste as good as the meals do. The service is quick and most friendly although it misses a personal touch. Yes for three courses you pay around 70 euro’s but it’s definitely...

Elegant Dining with Room for Everyone Il Diavolo L’Acqua Santa was a fantastic choice for our group of 12 — spacious, welcoming, and beautifully designed. The ambiance is elegant yet relaxed, and the wine selection (especially the cellar!) was truly impressive. The menu offered something for everyone, with a wide range of appetizers, fresh pastas, and hearty meat dishes. Every course was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. Whether you’re visiting as a couple or with a large group, this restaurant is a standout in both service and quality. Highly recommended for a memorable meal in a stunning setting!
