This has been the worst Christmas ever. When we made the reservation, the staff didn’t inform us of the dinner start time. When we arrived, they told us dinner starts at 7:00 PM. We waited for 30 minutes, and there was nothing on the table—not even bread. Later, when we asked when the service would start, they changed their story, saying the kitchen actually starts at 7:30 PM.

In total, we waited for an hour and a half, and only one appetizer was served. We really didn’t want to wait any longer and decided to leave.
