The food was amazing we had both of the Fried plates on the menu for lunch(we came back for dinner), Seafood Paella Arancini's and chicken filled with cheese (can't recall the name) and chili flakes, both fried to perfection, amazing control of oil temperatures, dry on the outside, soft creamy, juicy on the inside, the Arancini's rich flavor, savory sauce and tangy hit of seared lemon slice is so we'll thought as a dish, the fried chicken was well seasoned, not to hot but you can taste the chili, the outer crust made with what appeared plain corn flakes, very crunchy, not oily at all and golden brown (corn flakes can burn easily and quick at high temps), amazing stuff. For dinner we had Calamari and Korean style fried chicken, the Calamari were cooked as they should, just right, no chewyness, no hard parts, a bit of chimichurri on top to give it the tangyness seafood shines the best with, a really nice sauce to compliment it and seasonal vegetables to accompany (leek in this case) seared served with salt flakes on top, the Korean style fried chicken i can't really comment that much because i just tried a bit, but it was good!, we had dessert and ordered their cheesecake with applesauce, i loved that the applesauce wasn't sweet because the cheesecake it self had enough sweetness already, it's texture was not what I'm used to, it was a little bit lighter, fluffier you might say, and i actually prefer this to the more solid and heavy kind of texture. The service was great, very friendly, food was served hot, fresh and fast, good teamwork and flow. The atmosphere was cool to, the place smells amazing and it's not even the food yet, is the wooden smell from the tables, is subtle but very nice and fragrant, and you can eat looking at Arco's Castle, an amazing view. 10/10...
Read moreI can see the chef is trying to be creative, I do appreciate how long time he has to spend for making our fish and chips, and I can see the corn chicken is also well made. After you cut it, you can see the chicken in shredded pieces and still juicy so this is not easy to do. And from the food you can feel the chef is trying to do good. But I still have some comment. I hope can help improve the business. Overall speaking, the seasoning is too strong. For example, the corn chicken: sour taste inside presents as the prime taste of the full thing which makes it really weird. The bacon cream pasta is over salty, I would recommend not to put salt on top of bacon. And for the fried red mullet, I can see somebody really putting into some effort into that, but in total I waited almost 40 minutes for this dish, and it was served 15 minutes after my husband finish his, and then I have to take longer time to tackle this fish because they have small bones everywhere. Therefore, I feel tired after eating.😂 I hope the restaurant wouldn’t take my comments as mean but more like a way for...

Sadly, we’re heading back tomorrow, but this dining experience will definitely stay with us. If you’re in Arco, don’t miss out on this...
