Trattoria Birreria FORST - Riva del Garda — Restaurant in Comunità Alto Garda e Ledro

As a big group we were from the beginning very happy that they have table for 10 people. And the restaurant was full. After we sat down I found reviews and I was not happy with what I saw. Lot of people complaining about the time before the food comes out, so I started checking the time. As you can see on the photos, half of the table has eaten their food because pasta came out 10 minutes earlier then the pizzas. How could you just serve half of the table? That’s so unprofessional. Overall the first half was served 35 minutes later from ordering and the other half 45 minutes. That’s way too long for pizzas and pastas. Pizza is ready in 20 minutes max. They also forgot one of the foods we order, so we needed to wait another few minutes. We asked for waters for the tables, but we needed to remind us with glasses. Or should we pour it into our hands? A Disappointing Dining Experience: Rude Staff and Endless Waiting...

I recently had the misfortune of visiting a restaurant that left a bitter taste in my mouth. My dining experience at Birreria riva del garda was far from pleasant, marred by unfriendly staff and an agonizingly long wait for our food.

Our orders were taken haphazardly, with the server barely bothering to listen attentively. We watched as other tables received their meals promptly while we were left waiting, growing increasingly hungry and frustrated.

An hour passed, and still, our food was nowhere to be seen. We tried flagging down our server, who appeared to be actively avoiding eye contact. When we finally managed to get their attention, they responded with a dismissive shrug, offering no apology or explanation...

Waiting for an hour is a joke. Especially when all the people around you that had sat later have already got their food. Not to mention that they messed up one of our meals (literally the dish called TAGLIATELLE with fish and zucchini, we got fish and zucchini. That’s all. No pasta. Joke. An unfunny one). Food, yeah, it was good, I cannot complain, but after waiting so long and waiters not being helpful really, I cannot recommend that place.
