The worst ever customer experience. The manager and the lady on the bar were extremely rude with us. I went there with my mother and my friend. We are three ladies who are on vacation and wanted to eat pizza. The moment we entered and we asked for table, they immediately refused and said there is no table even though I saw other people getting accommodated. After 5 min I asked if we can order pizza for home as we saw other people ordering pizza via phone. We politely asked for menu to see what are the choices. Meanwhile we saw group of 5 people entering and getting accommodated after 10 min, another group of 4 got also sits. While we are waiting in the entry to get our 3 pizzas for already 50 minutes. I really wanted to like this place as the service was superb. • Service 5/5: Barbara was outstanding, patient, spoke English and Italian and was very attentive checking on us constantly. • Atmosphere 4/5: Nothing special, typical mountain restaurant look and feel. • Food 2/5: Had the tagliatelle al ragù di cervo and unfortunately it had almost no meet (see pics) . • Value for Money (3/5): spent around €27 with no alcoholic drink. • Extras: Easy parking which is always a plus in Bormio

Made reservations a couple hours in advance for a large group. They were ready for us when we arrived. Drink and food orders were taken within minutes and food came out a few minutes. Very impressed how quickly everyone's food came out for a large group. They were very attentive bringing more drinks and clearing empty glasses and plates quickly. The service was exceptional.
