ATTENTION: this restaurant should be avoided because: there are only 8 Parking slots for 180 seats 😲 the owner recommends to park the car a long the street ... The Caribineri came and told me to remove the car immediately (Parking a long the street is not allowed) I faced the owner with the facts and he told me that Italian Politics are guilty 😳 the behaviour from the owner was unacceptable during the rest of the evening (he passed on other tables to tell them what kind of idiot I am) the meal can be rated with 2 stars ... nothing special ... but I was to much blessed to give an appropriated score for meal. Questa serata sono stata in questo ristorante con le mie amiche. Cari signori ,cambiate tutti quanti lavoro. Siete il personale piu' maleducato e cafone che io abbia mai visto nella mia vita. Ad un certo punto io e le mie amiche siamo dovute andar via per la vostra maleducazione..... Ma gia' dal principio avrei dovuto andare via. Ci avete accolto come 3 extraterrestri,tanta ostilità....eppure siamo tutte e tre delle persone solari.....preciso che nn siamo arrivate la a far le maleducate.... Avete toccato il fondo quando il cameriere e' venuto a chiederci se avevamo scelto le pietanze....non eravamo pronte e ci siamo sentite dire "allora torno tra mezz'ora"senza nemmeno una risata....poteva farla, e avremmo sicuramente riso e messo il tutto sul piano della simpatia....invece e stato detto con aria da rottura di scatole.

Non potevamo piu' stare e c'è ne siamo andate senza mangiare....sembrava di essere protagonisti di un film horror....tutti con faccia oscura,come se fossimo a un funerale. Ho visto sorridere il signore alla cassa al momento di pagare le bevande neanche toccate.....proprio il sorriso abbonda nella bocca degli stolti. Inoltre ci avete fatto pagare 1 bottiglia d'acqua 1bicchiere di prosecco e una lattina di coca 17euro....senza nemmeno chiedere scusa.ma per favore.....vergognatevi..... Ganz schwierig zu beurteilen, wir waren mehr als einmal vor Ort zum Essen. Die Parksituation ist, wie von anderen bereits beschrieben, nennen wir es mal schwierig. Parkplätze liegen hintereinander. Auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung, wenn auch ungewohnt. Auf den zweiten Blick bedeutet dies jedoch, dass man unter Umständen aufspringen, sein Essen unterbrechen und umparken muss, wenn ein anderer Autofahrer ausparken möchte. Den, von anderen Gästen beschriebenen, Service können wir teilweise bestätigen. Die Dame und der große, schlanke Kellner waren echt top, freundlich und sympathisch. Der ältere Herr am Eingang schien von uns maximal genervt zu sein und hat bei kleiner Nachfrage wild gestikuliert bzw ignoriert. Das Ambiente ist toll, das Restaurant ist direkt am See gelegen und hat eine große Panoramafront zum See. Gegenüber sieht man abends die beleuchtete Promenade von Porto Ceresio. Durch das Restaurant wachsen große alte Bäume, die im Dach intergriert sind. Das Essen hat uns allen geschmeckt. Alles in Allem dann doch 4 von 5 Sternen auch wenn es schwer fiel über den Herrn im Service...
