The first picture is what they promote. The second picture is what you get. The third picture is when you throw it out after 1 hour. I was actually thinking to bring it personally to the chef cook. I haven’t had such bad food poisoning ever in my life and i was eating daily street food in Asia. But didn’t expect it here. Waiters unatentive, chewing gum with open mounth, with no experience in gastronomy (they basically just robots bringing food and taking plates) they even took my plate while i was still eating my last piece of food (poison). After i see 2 customers with 2 dogs arrive and they (waiters) basically all stopped to play with them rubbing them and NONE ! of them went to wash their hands ! Ci siamo stati per la prima volta giovedì scorso a pranzo e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Dopo esserci accomodati, ci hanno offerto un assaggio della loro bresaola, davvero deliziosa. Abbiamo ordinato come antipasto gli schisciat, che sono un po' diversi dagli sciat ma altrettanto buoni. Hanno una forma quadrata e sono ripieni oltre che di formaggio anche di bresaola. Come primi abbiamo preso le tagliatelle di castagne con crema di taleggio e speck e le manfrigole, ovvero delle crespelle arrotolate con formaggio filante e bresaola. Erano uno più buono dell'altro, davvero, abbiamo fatto benissimo a prenderli. Le manfrigole in particolare erano squisite e se dovessimo tornare le riprenderei sicuramente. Per quanto riguarda le tagliatelle, forse si potrebbe migliorare lo speck scegliendo un altro tipo di taglio perché così sottile restava fin troppo secco e duro. Avendo ancora un po' di fame, ho ordinato anche la grigliata mista di carne (c'erano costine di maiale, filettini di manzo/maiale credo, una costoletta di agnello e una salsiccetta) con polenta, verdure grigliate (zucchine e peperoni) e patate. La carne era perfetta, morbida, saporita e cotta alla perfezione. La polenta l'ho lasciata al mio ragazzo che ne va matto e credo gli sia piaciuta. Le verdure erano fatte bene e le patate perfette sia nel taglio che nella cottura. Infine, per soddisfare anche la voglia di dolce, abbiamo ordinato la torta al grano saraceno con marmellata di mirtilli. La torta in sé non era male, nonostante sia una tipologia di dolce che non rientra tra i miei preferiti. Il problema principale era la temperatura: troppo fredda poiché verosimilmente appena tirata fuori dal frigo. Non so se si possa migliorare la cosa in qualche modo, magari scaldandola un po' prima di servirla. Abbiamo preso anche l'acqua e un calice di vino e abbiamo speso intorno ai 57€ se non mi sbaglio. Il locale dentro è carino seppur non grandissimo, ma abbiamo avuto la fortuna di finire in un tavolo da 4, quindi non si può dire che fossimo stretti. What a wonderful place for an excellent family meal! Very welcoming with excellent service and top quality food. The cheeses were amazing, as one would expect from a Crotto. The Gorgonzola sauce with my Polenta was so lovely I wish I could have had another separate portion to pour over or dip my bread into!
