Purtroppo devo fare una pessima recensione, soprattutto per la maleducazione della titolare... Bar si trova in un posto bello, il personale è gentile ma sono rimasta scioccata dal comportamento della titolare. Oggi ho trovato un capello lungo biondo nella coppa del gelato. Gliel'ho fatto presente al cameriere e mi ha chiesto se ne volevo uno uguale ( non sono una schizzinosa ma immaginarmi i capelli altrui in quel gelato mi veniva il volta stomaco, quindi ho detto no grazie. Visto che nessuno mi ha chiesto scusa ( siamo umani, può capitare) né chiesto se volevo essere rimborsata, o se volevo qualcos'altro sono entrata dentro chiedendo della titolare. Lei mi ha subito aggredito dicendomi che se non mi andava bene potevo cambiare il bar, che non è la prima volta che mi lamento. È vero che non era la prima volta, è capitato che una tazza per il tè non era pulita, era rimasto il bordo nero, ma quella volta non avevo fatto storie, con il tè può capitare , mi hanno cambiato la tazza ed è finita lì, ero tornata diverse volte dopo ma era tutto ok- forse avevano capito che quel tipo di tazze era difficile da lavare e le hanno cambiate .
