Just had an excellent evening meal at Osteria L'Antico Pozzo. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable about their menu. They made the effort to speak to us in English (as our Italian is not up to much!). We had a large charcuterie board consisting of cheese, salami, parma ham & others with pickled veg, along with jam and honey. It was all really fresh and delicious. For mains we had spaghetti with sardines and also mushroom ravioli. Both dishes were excellent and full of fresh ingredients. Limoncello for dessert, but there were plenty of other options. We had the Lugano olivio wine and fillet steak the first night. The second night we tried the pasta and deserts. Everything was really tasty. A bit pricier than some other establishments in Moderno but definitely worth the money. Look out for the specials board outside and book in advance if you can. If driving you could park at the Conrad supermarket and come up via...
