Due to a misunderstanding, we ended up at the beach area instead of the pool, which hotel guests have free access to. We had placed our belongings bags, towels, phones on a sunbed and table, and went for a swim nearby.

While we were still in the water, we saw a staff member removing our belongings without any notice. He placed them on the boardwalk along the beach. During the move, some items even fell to the ground there was no care or respect shown at all.

I confronted the staff member about his behavior because I found it extremely disrespectful. He treated our belongings as if they were trash left by a homeless person. Had he simply approached me and explained that a payment was required, I would have had no problem paying.

This experience left a very unpleasant impression. It was my first time here and definitely the last. I will never return, and to be honest, the place isn’t that special to begin with.

While I understand that the space was reserved and this caused inconvenience, I want to emphasize that this was a misunderstanding and not intentional. I also understand that it can sometimes be difficult for your staff to determine to whom certain belongings belong, especially when this is not clearly indicated.

I would have appreciated if my belongings had not been moved without prior notice. Respectful communication is very important to me as a guest.

I hope you will take this into consideration in future situations, as I believe all guests deserve to be treated...

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We’ve just arrived in the lovely town of Gordone - and it’s like a bloody nightclub!!

Because of this one venue. Pumping club music better suited to Ibiza, so loud we can physically feel it half a mile away.

It’s audible down the full length of the promenade, up to and beyond the Ferry terminal!! There’s not a single bar, cafe or restaurant where the atmosphere isn’t completely ruined by this awful, selfish behaviour.

We walked down and there are perhaps fewer than 30 people there, so it’s not like it’s a big scale event. Most people in this resort are here for relaxing peace and quiet - good luck finding that when a venue like this operates.

Avoid Gordone if you want to relax - a place like this will destroy their local economy if...

Extremely rude, we walked in, looked at a board which said about two activities, one man smiled and said nothing to us so we walked over to look at the lake expecting that they may take payment from us. Whilst we were stood by the by the lake for all of 5 seconds a different man came over and said ‘No freebies here’ to which I explained that the original man said nothing.
