We came here to eat about a year ago, and while the food was expensive back then as well, it was really good. That’s why we decided to come back for a special evening. The staff is still friendly and the atmosphere nice, but unfortunately the food was very disappointing this time. Neither the price (everything was at least €20), the portion sizes, nor the taste were convincing.

I had the ravioli with sage and pike, but unfortunately all I could taste was dough and oil — and there were only five small ravioli. The risotto (which used to be the best dish here) wasn’t good anymore either and the portion was also very small (again €20). There were 4 of us visiting , without reservations on Friday night. We got a table inside right away. We have ordered drinks and grilled meat, grilled fish, grilled veggies and pizza, plus vine. Food was excellent. Meat was served on stone plate and made quite a impression on us. They have nice selection and expertise on grappa, and I was so impressed with the quality, that have bought extra shots for four German tourist in an adjacent table. My wife told me that they did not respect to much of my offer, but so be it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, who don’t mide German language spoiling...

Worth the climb, this place has friendly efficient service. The food is good Italian....meaning that if meat is your thing they have a great platter, the pizza’s were perfect and the pasta was super. Good selection of wine and if you sit outside or at a window table your view is absolutely breathtaking. Parking is easy either in the restaurant compound or in a little car park a few yards further...
