SUPER RUDE! STAFF LOOK VERY UNHAPPY

I literally never write reviews no matter usually how good or bad of an experience I have had at a place but I felt like I had to after having the worst experience ever

We walk in as a 5 people when there are literally 2 other people in and ask the waiter if we can just have drinks he says “just for drinks yes” we proceed to order our drinks in which he got one of the drinks completely wrong and didn’t even bring out the other we told him politely we was missing one of the drinks and just drunk the other one as it wasn’t ideal but we didn’t want to cause a scene

He then proceeded to wait for us to finish our drinks and when we ask him for the bill he pretends he doesn’t hear us and asks what we want for food then confused we said no and asked for the bill he then turned his back and said go up to the bar to pay after going up they start slamming all the receipts around huffing and puffing in anger that we didn’t order food and after paying a decent bill amount for 5 drinks he says “this isn’t holiday club you want drinks you go to the town”

Completely disrespectful we was paying customers that probably racked up a higher bill than the other 2 people having a soft drink and a bit of food I understand if the place was full and they was turning people away but it was probably 10% full literally 2 other people in there that’s it we didn’t cause a scene was very respectful towards all the staff the whole time and to be treated like this was disgusting

It’s a shame because we avoided that place at all times after that and we would of been more than happy to back to go back 2-3x over and over again and order food there like we did with other places and they would of made quite a bit of money off us if they was just a bit more respectful

Also all the staff looked really angry like they hated to be there everyone from the waiters to the bar staff and even the chefs didn’t give the place...

Absolute Katastrophe – nie wieder!

Ich habe fast eine Stunde auf mein Essen gewartet – ein einziger Burger! Währenddessen waren die anderen am Tisch, die Pizza bestellt hatten, längst mit dem Essen fertig. Kein Verständnis dafür, warum so etwas in einem Restaurant passieren kann.

Das Getränkesortiment ist auch enttäuschend – nur billige Marken, keine Auswahl. Für mich steht fest: Einmal und nie wieder! Wer sich unnötigen Ärger ersparen will, sollte einen weiten Bogen um diesen Laden machen.

Un disastro totale – mai più! Ho aspettato quasi un'ora per il mio cibo – solo un hamburger! Nel frattempo, gli altri al tavolo che avevano ordinato la pizza avevano già finito di mangiare. Nessuna spiegazione, nessuna scusa. Anche la selezione delle bevande è pessima – solo marche economiche, nessuna vera scelta. Per me è chiaro: mai più! Se vuoi evitare frustrazioni, stai alla larga da questo posto.

Absolute disaster – never again! I waited almost one hour for my food – just one burger! Meanwhile, the others at the table who ordered pizza were already done eating. No explanation, no apology. The drink selection is also terrible – only cheap brands, no real choice. For me it’s clear: Never again! If you want to avoid frustration, make a wide detour around this place.

Un desastre absoluto – ¡nunca más! Esperé casi una hora por mi comida – ¡solo un hamburguesa! Mientras tanto, los demás en la mesa que pidieron pizza ya habían terminado de comer. Sin explicación, sin disculpas. La selección de bebidas también es pésima – solo marcas baratas, sin variedad real. Para mí está claro: ¡Nunca más! Si quieres evitar disgustos, da un buen rodeo a este lugar.

Полный кошмар – никогда больше! Я ждал почти час свой заказ – просто бургер! Тем временем другие за столом, заказавшие пиццу, уже давно поели. Ни объяснений, ни извинений. Выбор напитков тоже ужасный – только дешёвые марки, никакого выбора. Для меня однозначно: никогда больше! Хотите сберечь нервы – обходите это место стороной.

Totalna katastrofa – nigdy więcej! Czekałem prawie godzinę na jedzenie – tylko jednego burgera! W tym czasie inni przy stole, którzy zamówili pizzę, już dawno skończyli jeść. Bez wyjaśnień, bez przeprosin. Wybór napojów to też porażka – tylko tanie marki, żadnej porządnej opcji. Dla mnie sprawa jasna: nigdy więcej! Jeśli chcesz uniknąć nerwów, omijaj to miejsce...

Sorry, but I really need to reduce the star ranking. It’s not 4 stars at all. The service was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. We waited 15 minutes to order - and it was „only 15“ because we went to the waiter and asked for him to order.

We were sitting there for about 3,5 hours due to a football match they screened - and they didn’t even asked for drinks one time. It was really really bad, they really don’t deserve a 4 star ranking here. We also recognised that almost every person who was sitting in that restaurant was kind of „unsatisfied“ and everyone was shaking one’s head. So I didn’t understand these reviews at all.
