Il bar si trova proprio sul lago. Le bevande erano ottime. Posizione splendida. Purtroppo il servizio era inadeguato. Abbiamo aspettato 15' per ordinare e altri 10' per avere il caffè freddo. Credo che sia il sistema di presa in carico degli ordini. Tutto il personale ha una propria zona e non è ovviamente autorizzato a servire i tavoli al di fuori della propria zona. Questo è incomprensibile per il cliente. Prima di essere serviti dopo 15', un'impiegata di un'altra zona ha attirato l'attenzione del suo capo su di noi, finché non ha chiamato l'impiegato competente. Organizzazione divertente. Secondo esempio. Il nostro tavolo era sporco. Quando ho chiesto a un'impiegata che aveva in mano uno straccio per pulire e si trovava a 4 metri dal nostro tavolo, ha dovuto rivolgersi a un'altra impiegata. Non è riuscita a pulire il nostro tavolo. Forse nemmeno lei mi capiva.

Raccomandazione: i dipendenti sono autorizzati a pensare e servire i clienti in attesa al di fuori della loro zona e a pulire il loro tavolo.

Unfortunately the service was insufficient. We waited 15' to place an order and over another 10' to get the iced coffee. I think it is the system of how orders are taken. Recommendation: Employees are allowed to think and serve waiting customers outside their zone and also clean their table.

Das Cafe liegt direkt am See. Die Getränke waren super. Wunderschön gelegen. Leider war der Service ungenügende. Wir warteten 15' um eine Bestellung aufgeben zu können und über weitere 10' um den Eiskaffee zu erhalten. Ich denke es liegt am System wie Bestellungen aufgenommen werden. Alle Angestellten haben ihre eigene Zone und dürfen offensichtlich Tische ausserhalb ihrer Zone nicht bediehnen. Für den Kunden unverständlich. Bevor wir nach 15' bediehnt wurden hat eine Angestellte aus einer anderen Zone zuerst ihren Chef auf uns aufmerksam gemacht, bis dieser der entsprechenden Angestellten zurief. Lustige Organisation. Zweites Beispiel. Unser Tisch war dreckig. Als ich eine Angestellte, welche einen Putzlappen in der Hand hielt und 4 Meter neben unserem Tisch stand darauf ansprach, musste diese auf eine andere Angestellte verweisen. Sie konnte unseren Tisch nicht putzen. Evtl. hat Sie mich auch...

"Facciamo aperitivo al Clerici?" "Ma no dai, lo sai che poi ci trattano da schifo" "Eh sì, ma va che vista..." Per l'ennesima volta ci facciamo tentare dall'unico aspetto positivo di questo postaccio: la posizione fronte lago. Prendiamo due medie come aperitivo, ce le servono accompagnate da una ciotolina di patatine mezza vuota...o la porti piena, oppure non portarla! Che era, l'avanzino di quelli di prima? Ne assaggio una per disperazione, possa... Forse era l'avanzino di quelli dell'altro ieri 🥲 Quando ormai le nostre birre erano quasi finite, vedo il cameriere passare dai nostri vicini di tavolo, arrivati dopo, ai quali porta un tagliere con focaccine, crostini, noccioline... Per coronare questo deprimente aperitivo, ho felicemente constatato che i camerieri utilizzano il cestino che - credo - sia comunale, per buttare ciò che tolgono dai tavoli: lattine, fazzoletti, residui di cibo, ci svuotano i mozziconi... Domani scrivo al comune per chiedergli di chi sia questo cestino. Consiglio: prima guardare il lago, poi andare altrove a fare...

The Ambiente is nice but the service ist not as good as written. After requesting the card for lunch they did not told us the day dishes and let us have a view on the QR Code although they had a hard menue. After requesting oil and vinegar we only get oil, also the other tabels get a complete ones without asking. So I could not...
