Pizzeria Express — Restaurant in Cuneo

Two Stars for a specific reason, mentioned at the end. We’ve always enjoyed the food and the waitstaff are lovely. It’s a reasonably decent neighborhood pizzeria near my home. Today I popped in alone, toward the end of lunch service. When paying I noticed that I’d been charged an extra fee. After inquiring, they said it was due to being a solo diner. [Not a bread fee, but a solo diner fee.] There were two occupied tables, out of a dozen, one of which was mine. As mentioned, I dined toward the end of lunch service and no one came in after me. I don’t get the extra charge. My husband and I dine there often enough for the staff to recognize us. And, I’d never ask to occupy a table solo if there were not ample available seating. It's alright. Typical family restaurant with pizzas and several other dishes, like meat and fish dishes, in their menu. Staff is very friendly despite the heat of these days. The restaurant was full when we arrived, and we had to wait a few minutes but they immediately made room for us. Certainly not the best restaurant in town but good value for money. Personale molto maleducato, poco servizievole e con poca umanità che, da studentessa, in un Momento di estrema necessità dei servizi igienici, viene mandata via con aggressività perché, secondo loro, non merito di usufruire della toilette senza aver pagato. Potete anche essere il ristorante migliore di Cuneo (cosa che dubito altamente) ma senza un minimo di rispetto e di umanità, qualsiasi ristorante vale 0.

Le rispondo. Essere una cliente significa pagare per forza una pizza lo so, ma io in quel momento non avevo soldi per permettermelo. Inoltre non ho mai preteso niente, sono entrata salutando e gentilmente ho chiesto se potessi andare in bagno, anche senza ordinare.
