Made a reservation for 6 people (4 of them where children). They guide us to a table outside on the corner. You can’t sit relaxed and look at the menu, because the staff asks several times if we already made our choice. After making our choices, suddenly a heavy wind starts blowing. Our little daughter (3 years) was afraight and started crying. Based on this we asked if it was possible to move to a table inside. This was not an option because all tables were reserved. Rather strange because we also made a reservation. The waiter provided us an option to move to a table in front of the restaurant next to a road with heavy traffic. When we didnt want to move to the table the waiter just said, if you don’t like this option you should cancel your order in the kitchen and leave. I agreed with him. When we started packing our belongings we spotted a table outside on the other side of the building. We asked if we could move to this table, because it is free, outside of the building and out of the wind. The waiters respond was No, you order is cancelled in the kitchen so you must go……… When we were inside to pay the bill for the side dishes the owner responded to us in a very unfriendly manner. He didn’t understand why we want to move to another table (we had a 3 year old girl crying) and that they offered 3 options for us and we said no to all of them. Rather strange because they offered 1 and we offered 2 options where they said no to us. In general the restaurant has an amazing view. But if you are looking for a place where you can sit relaxed, have a nice evening and are served by friendly staff, this is not the...
Read moreWe have known this restaurant for many years, but apparently since last summer, the chef/owner has changed and when we went to eat there yesterday, 4 of us ordered the whitefish, when it arrived we could clearly see that the fish was out of date as it had a very disturbing and nauseous smell, all 4 of us had to send it back to the kitchen (which is a thing that we have never done in any restaurant we have ever visited), later the owner came over to our table and defended the fact that the fish was fresh (it clearly wasn't). We also ordered the lasagna, which was made with very low quality ingredients and tasted rather bad, (a fair comparison would be a microwaved plate). The only decent meal was the pasta with calamari, which was ok, but not remarkable. The service was rather nice and took back our plates of whitefish, which was very appreciated by us. Overall we can say that this restaurant is very overpriced when it comes to its food, the view is nice but doesn't justify the bill. Sadly this will be the last time we attend...
Soweit so gut. Essen super! ...sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Das musste ganz einfach...
