A really fabulous restaurant, great wine list and well priced. The service was excellent and the food fabulous. I have eaten in many Michelin starred restaurants and have to say the food here was equally as flavoursome, beautifully cooked and elegantly served. Great ingredients and simple cooking equal a diners delight. Bravo. I had for my main a Montana of king prawns and langoustine served on bed of ribbons of slightly pickled vegetables which was fantastic, my wife had a pumpkin and cauliflower cream served with herbed croutons as her starter and a sea bass with sautéed peppers and black olives as her main course. Awesome food! Awesome staff with courteous of fine dining! You’ll never regret for what you pay. In fact having stayed a week in Domaso, we picked this restaurant to spend our last night and it was the right choice! This was the only restaurant that serves fresh risotto which they told me in advance it takes about 20mins-25mins. I am a big fan of risotto but trust me, you’ll never get ones around. Vriendelijke ontvangst, keuze uit enorm veel soorten wijn. Uiteindelijk een glas droge witte wijn genomen. €6,00 voor 2 sloken, echt minimaal. Ik zelf als hoofdmenu de lamsrack genomen. Ik kreeg 2 kleine boutjes waarvan de helft alleen maar vet daarnaast ook nog een 2 zeer kleine stukjes soort lamsvlees deze ook een en al vet. Verder de groente 2 hapjes spinazie deze was alleen gekookt en zat totaal geen smaak aan zo ook een paar zeer flauwe slierten gourgette, ook hier totaal geen smaak. Ik voeg nog om wat zout maar heeft niet geholpen. Daarnaast had ik een glas primitivo besteld en gedronken maar moest de hele fles kopen. Dat was hun beleid. Omdat het eten zo minimaal was vroeg ik nog om wat aardappels erbij, geen probleem uiteindelijk kreeg ik een paar hele dunne schijfjes erbij, gewoon lachwekkend. Met al eten wat geen smaakt heeft alles bijelkaar op 5 lepels voor €35,00 en dat in Italië. Wat een komplete afgang en bedrog en dat allemaal met een vriendelijk gezicht. Ook voor water moeten betalen die ik niet heb gehad gelukkig had ik de bon nog gecontroleerd zodat hun dit nog konden rechtzetten. En dan moet je eens voorstellen dat ik al die voorgerechten nog had genomen. O ja nog wel van het huis, een schaaltje met 3 stukjes brood zonder boter of iets anders met een paar soepstengels.
