The food was really good! The restaurant looks very nice! There was live music which was also great! Unfortunately I would say it also has the worst service of any restaurant I've been, all over not only Italy, but the whole world. The staff does an incredible job of never making eye contact with any customers, as the waitress stares at the phone used to take our order and just walks around. We had to ask for everything. 20 minutes after being seated: we asked to order. 20 minutes later: appetizers came. Ok! NO water or wine yet. 20 minutes wait... we ask for the water and wine we had ordered and then do get it immediately. At this point, we drank a whole bottle of wine and took in the disaster. We Laughed the night away observing the Multiple tables complaining, upset customers, and terrible staff. No one was getting anything! The pasta took another whole hour, and we had to ask for it about 55 minutes in. Maybe their ordering system was broken? That's why she just kept looking at the ordering device? Maybe the whole staff is just seasonal and it is a training issue? It reminded me of little kids pretending to play waiter and waitress. Bonus was the person who took like 4 trips to clear one table, taking like 2 plates at a time and spreading it out over 25 minutes. I will always remember this evening!! 2 stars. The food was...

Fantastic location with large private guarded carpark, alfresco dining in the large garden with live music playing softly in the background (every night of the week), large supervised children's play area so parents can relax and enjoy a glass of wine and efficient, friendly & professional service and that's before we talk about the food!
We went for the seafood freshly caught from the sea that morning and you could tell, simply amazing! We tried a degustation menu along with sashimi salmon, mixed seafood kebab and the newly created prima del giorno (first course of the day) bavette con gamberi, pesto and bottarga, was super delicious, so many layers.
We were so full after the starters and first dishes that we couldn't even make it to seconds and main course, but will come back for this later in the week! Highly recommend to anyone in Chia looking to eat well in a relaxed ambience with true alfresco dining, great food, great wine menu, well priced with generous portions.
Thank you to Marko the chef for making is feel at home and for the amazing lunch.
Thank you Irina & Luca and all the staff for an amazing lunch, can't wait to come back for...
Read moreDuring a driving day trip, we stumbled upon this place initially for a coffee, but they didn’t open until 12:30pm for lunch so we took a walk to the beach and retuned later. Weather was a little wild so everything indoors but bright & airy with a nice outlook. Would be fantastic in Summer in the outdoor area. Our waiter was very nice & enthusiastic, explaining a long list of specials and providing recommendations. We started with the salmon special which was very nice & fresh, followed by a vegetable pasta and local Sardinia gnocchi with sausage (can’t remember the name but it’s very common) then some amazing Tiramisu (the good stuff is hard to find but this was really nice) and ice cream, coffee plus 1/2 bottle of Vermintino for around €100 and 90mins worth. Seafood looked amazing but we were a little over seafood by this day, however if you’re up for it then this restaurant would be the place. Great breads, efficient and friendly service, and nice atmosphere made for a really nice long lunch. Definitely worth a visit if there at lunch or dinner time. There’s high- end hotels closeby but this restaurant would be much better...
