Excellent stay at Fink Restaurant and Suites!||The Suites||The suites are created, with an excellent architectural recovery project, in the ancient palace (several hundred years old), in the heart of Bressanone. Our suite was really spacious, new, with tasteful 'minimal' architectural solutions. A real 'plus' is represented by the 'spa', which includes - among other things - saunas and a very pleasant 'Roman bath' with hot water, in which to relax after a day of excursions. And it is surprising that it was possible to add a 'spa' of this level in a historic building, right in the center of the town! Excellent, rich and varied morning breakfast. Overall, a truly pleasant and relaxing stay.||The restaurant||The restaurant is housed in a room inside the building, but whether permitting outdoor tables are also available on the pedestrian street. The tables are spacious and well-spaced, the menu is a pleasant reinterpretation, in a light and modern key, of the typical South Tyrolean cuisine. The raw ingredients (meat, vegetables) are all of very high quality, and the service is top. The only small flaw is perhaps the slightly long service times, but the environment is extremely pleasant and the wait doesn't bother too much...||Overall, our stay at Fink Restaurant & Suites...
Read moreThe restaurant staff is so kind that you have a feeling that you are at home, you forget that you are in another state. For appetizer we took carpaccio Fink for two people where you get 5 different fish or seafood dishes, delicious. For the main course we tried a recommendation of ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta, the pasta is so light that it melts in your mouth, and the other dish was from the daily menu and that was spinach gnocchi, wow it good. In addition, we ate a mixed salad and there is a little bit of everything. We sweetened up with fruit desserts that perfectly rounded up the experience. Later we took a quick walk up town, just mesmerazing. As for the parking, we parket on street parking 7min walking from the restaurant, and it was 6:30 pm and per the table, parking was charged until 7 pm, and it was all...
Read moreI really don’t know what was happening that evening, but the service was the worst I have ever had in any restaurant. We ordered a bottle of wine and a drink. We stayed there for about 90-120 minutes and they never once asked about another drink or anything. Our plates were brought by randomly and one person in the group had to wait 30 extra minutes for her food to arrive. Safe to say, all of us had already finished eating by the time her food arrived. Our empty plates were waiting there to be picked up the whole time, same as our empty drinks. I have tried almost all the restaurants in this area and this was by far the worst. Not recommended, never going back. Save your money and...
