Ravioli Dong — Restaurant in Empoli

Not everyone finds themselves in Italy desiring Chinese food, but if that does happen to you and you are in the vicinity of Empoli, which is about a half hour from Florence, there are a number of Chinese restaurants to choose from, when for decades there was only one. This new spot specializes in dumplings called ravioli on Italian menus and these are the best dumplings I've ever had in Italy. I would particularly recommend the bao. Dumplings and bao will set you back about 5 euros, not bad. Everything else we had was excellent, though it was the dumplings that stood out. Their opening hours are wrong and the staff members are rude. They don't know how to treat customers and have no sense of hospitality. It would be beneficial for all the staff to learn proper etiquette and customer service.
