Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We ordered a lobster that turned out to be virtually inedible. When we expressed our concerns to the staff, they showed no interest in addressing the issue and were completely unhelpful.

Before ordering, we were clearly assured that the maximum price for the lobster would not exceed €200. However, to our surprise, we were charged €320 on the final bill—with no explanation or willingness to resolve the discrepancy.

Given the poor service, lack of accountability, and misleading pricing, this is not an establishment I would recommend or consider...

Starters were good. The mains were good for the kids, not so much for the adults. We ordered the tomahawk medium and it came out rare, which is still ok by me (I’ll usually eat medium-rare in a steakhouse) but missing the intended cooking amount by that much is a pretty big miss. Something to consider if you order that. We ordered some grilled seafood that likely didn’t get brought out fast enough and that was only lukewarm. Fish needs to be brought out quickly once prepared. Good place, good food, but service is bad for people not buying the most expensive champagne. People running all over the place and pouring in wine in glasses while dripping it all over the table and silverware. The guy doesn’t even look at you when taking an order and gets agitated when not making a decision in 5 seconds. Maybe put less tables in the place if you can’t handle the stress, but service felt like they had guests for the first time in 10 years.
