Ristorante Sapore 53 Golfo Aranci — Restaurant in Figari/Golfo Aranci

We’ve ordered a pizza and a swordfish in the restaurant from a waitress. The swordfish came in time but my pizza was not finished after 40 minutes. After calling the waitress to ask about my pizza, she blew raspberries with her mouth and said uninterestingly/boringly that she does not know where my food is and if we’d like take away the pizza. We said we’d like to eat it at the restaurant, since that’s the reason we came to the place in the first place. We think a waiter mixed up the orders with an other guest but this is just a guess as we have not received an explanation as to why my food was not finoshed. After about 10 minutes, I finally got my pizza. It was great overall, but not as spicy as I’ve expected it to be(I’ve had a Diavolo pizza). When we finished eating and told another waitress that we wanted to pay with card, she told us to go inside the restaurant (we’ve sat outside). We’ve told her, now annoyed at the service, that they’ve brought the card terminal to the table to other guests, why do we have to go inside to pay. Then she brought out the terminal and slapped it at the table. We’ve payed and left. Overall the food was good, however the service was terrible, the staff is rude and feels amature, we’ve had a bad time here. We understand that mistakes happen and that is okay, but I would have not written this review if we’ve had received a simple apology...

At first we wanted just to have a drink - beer and rose wine (the wine was a bit sparkly, very gentle and refreshing) and we smelled pizza. Unfortunatelly there was not a gluten free pizza option,but we were offered primi and secondi piatti. We ordered spicy mussels and musky octopus. Both dishes were very very tasteful, and I even ordered french fries to eat the sauce from the mussels that was left. Vergognosi. Una stella forse è anche troppo. Ci fermiamo e aspettiamo la cameriera che ci chiede quanti siamo e gli diciamo 2, ci dice di aspettare un attimo che ci avrebbe liberato il posto (fino a qui tutto normale). Ci fa accomodare e dopo un minuto ci fa cambiare tavolo dicendoci che si scusava e ci avrebbe spiegato dopo. Noi abbiamo accettato tranquillamente senza problemi. Ci sediamo e dopo 10 minuti vengono a chiederci cosa beviamo mentre per il cibo passava la sua collega "subito". Dopo 5 minuti arrivano l'acqua e le posate ma della collega nemmeno l'ombra. Chiediamo di ordinare e ci dicono scusate arriviamo subito. Dopo 15 minuti dall'arrivo dell'acqua e dopo vari solleciti con le rispettive scuse, dell'ordine neanche l'ombra così abbiamo deciso di andare a pagare l'acqua. Dopo aver pagato ci alziamo e la cameriera ci chiede come mai non mangiamo più. DOPO AVER ASPETTATO CIRCA 35 MINUTI E NON AVER NEMMENO ORDINATO (il locale non era nemmeno stra pieno) SECONDO LEI PERCHÉ NON MANGIAMO? TRA L'ALTRO ERANO LE 22:30 E UNO AVREBBE ANCHE FAME. IO ORA DICO SE AVEVATE PROBLEMI POTEVATE DIRLO E SICURAMENTE FACEVATE PIÙ BELLA FIGURA MA NON POTETE FAR ASPETTARE LA GENTE 35 MINUTI SENZA NEMMENO PRENOTARE, PORTANDO SOLO ACQUA E DIRE SOLTANTO SCUSATE. Magari si mangia anche bene ma questo non lo so e quindi non posso giudicarlo ma di sicuro un servizio del genere non è piaciuto per niente. Magari ho beccato la giornata storta ma di certo non avete fatto nulla...
