I recently took part in a cooking class here, and it was an unforgettable experience. Everything I tasted was absolutely delicious and entirely homemade. The hosts patiently taught me how to prepare fresh pasta from scratch – including ravioli – and guided me through making seadas, a traditional Sardinian dessert. They are incredibly kind and welcoming, explaining each step with care while sharing stories about life in Sardinia. On top of that, they treated me to regional salamis, cheeses, and Sardinian wine, which made the experience even more special. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare in questo delizioso home restaurant a Golfo Aranci, e non possiamo che condividere la nostra esperienza straordinaria. Situato in un luogo bellissimo, immerso nel verde e a due passi dal mare, questa nuova versione di ristorante offre non solo cibo eccellente, ma anche un'atmosfera magica. La cena a base di pesce, composta da ben 7 portate, è stata un vero trionfo di sapori. Ogni piatto era preparato con maestria e passione, regalandoci un viaggio culinario indimenticabile. La granita siciliana home made è stata la ciliegina sulla torta: fresca, buonissima e perfetta per concludere la serata. Un altro aspetto che ci ha colpiti è stato l'ambiente conviviale che si è creato. Abbiamo conosciuto altre persone che cenavano con noi, e insieme abbiamo condiviso risate e storie, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. I proprietari sono persone eccellenti, accoglienti e appassionate del loro lavoro. La loro ospitalità ha reso la nostra serata speciale e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. We knew Giulia and Dino from before so the expectations were high but they managed to exceeded! The location is new and very nice, the service impeccable and the food fresh, tasty and amazing!
