Quarto di Bue — Restaurant in Finale Ligure

Very good, amazing service by the younger lad who dealt with us all night, I’ve frequented finale for a good number of years and I’ve yet to find anywhere which matches the level of service I found here.

I just had a basic steak, with grilled veggies and chips and all which arrived were top in both quality, and in which the way they were cooked.

My partner had the lamb, and that also matched the mark as did my dish. Succulent and juicy.

I have a nut allergy and the waiter was competent even with my lacking Italian, he gave me every confidence everything was all clear.

Ci siamo recati in questo ristorante ( su prenotazione) il 20/8 e ci siamo trovati subito a nostro agio ,grazie a tutto il personale che si è rivelato competente ,attento e soprattutto molto ma molto simpatico. Nonostante i nostri tavoli non fossero ancora pronti ( eravamo un po in anticipo) e noi avendo una bimba di 17 mesi che doveva ormai mangiare si sono preoccupati di fargli subito al volo un hamburger solo per lei ( non e da tutti questo visto anche la mole di gente che era presente a cena). Parliamo del cibo : Ottima la qualità e siccome stiamo parlando principalmente di carne è ancora più importante che venga trattata da personale esperto che sa quello che fa ( e loro lo sanno ) . A condire il tutto una location di estremo impatto visto che il locale si trova all'interno delle mura del villaggio medievale di Finalborgo (SV) . Sarà una nostra meta fissa per anni a venire . Bravi ragazzi continuate cosi e grazie...

Excellent service! My waiter, I’m terrible I forget his name, was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Mediterranean salad, entrecôte with grilled vegetables, all excellent. They even gave me a sample of a sausage made from cow (kosher I guess) and some extra flank steak....
