If you need to be served at a table and enjoy the experience of a welcoming staff, this is not a place for you. The food is pretty good at a very reasonable price, but the place works in a peculiar way. You have to order at the counter, grab the cutlery and the glasses. After you order and pay, they give you a number. The waiter will shout your number when the food is ready to identify where you are sited and bring the food to the table. That could happen several times as the orders are not delivered all together. But it is worth the peculiarity, The food is very good at a very reasonable price. The specialities are fish and seafood. The spaghetti a la vongole was superb.

The service was incredibly disrespectful. The staff kept making jokes because they didn’t understand English, which made the experience uncomfortable. One of the staff members, who seemed like the manager (tattoos on his hand), completely ignored me when I tried to ask about the menu. Moments later, while I was speaking to another staff member to place my order, he interrupted just to make jokes at his colleague’s expense. Very unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, they don’t have bread — imagine eating fish and sauces with no bread! I had to go to a nearby store and bring my own. Overall, no respect, no professionalism, nothing positive except the food.

Mi spiace dover fare questa recensione negativa ma è inevitabile. Siamo stati diverse volte, accoglienza sempre molto fredda. Oggi peggio che mai sono entrato ed ho chiesto se potevamo prendere intanto posto fuori perché avevano anche i figli dietro. Di venerdì a pranzo c'era poca gente, la ragazza risponde no, dovete ordinare qui dentro poi andate al tavolo. Ho dovuto insistere per far capire che senza vedere cosa c'è nel menù e con i ragazzi sarebbe stato complicato ordinare così al volo. Dopo un po di insistenza il ragazzo dietro il banco ha risposto si è ci ha dato i vassoi con i menu di carta sopra. Cosa ovvia per poter scegliere. Le portate sono arrivate una alla volta a distanza di tempo. Mio figlio che ha preso fritto calamari e patatine ha visto le patatine solo dopo parecchio che aveva finito i calamari. Alla fine tavola piena di piatti sporchi sui vassoi nessuno arriva a toglierli, pur stando senza far nulla al telefono o appoggiati. Arriva la ragazza con tre porzioni di patatine ordinate e quasi le voleva poggiare sui piatti sporchi. Chiede dove li metto? Io dico scusa magari sarebbe opportuno togliere qualche piatto. Lei scocciata ne prende un paio lasciando gli altri e torna a fumare li poco distante e a giocare con il telefono. Intanto gli uccellini invado i tavoli accanto mangiando sui piatti e rimasugli. A terra cartoccio e cose varie. Ma in quel momento piuttosto che pulire meglio stare al telefono. Infine mi porta il mio fritto quasi lasciandolo senza Nena che dire prego o altro. Non mi aspetto un servizio eccellente va visto che i prezzi sono simili a quelli di un comune ristorante ( un primo 10 € ) un po più di educazione, rispetto e professionalità. Da oggi mai più. 4 primi 2 cartoccio calamari 3 patatine acqua e coca 72 € Prezzi da ristorante servizio ed accoglienza da fare pena. Dimenticavo.... Il tavolo all'inizio era sporco, ho dovuto chiedere io di pulirlo. La ristorazione è una cosa seria.

My family and I were turned away due to the fact that my 2nd vaccination was 6-mos passed, even though as of Feb 07, 2022 covid regulations in Italy allow US citizens the same rights as a Super Green Pass holder, as long as they've had a covid test within the last 48-hrs/Rapid and 72-hrs/PCR. We pleaded with them and informed them that we had received negative results that same day. Nevertheless, to no avail it fell on deaf ears. It was a crying shame, because the food did smell amazing and we actually considered getting "take out". However, in the end we were too prideful and ate at a neighboring restaurant. Sadly due to their ignorance we were left with a negative experience of their establishment, hence this...

Absolutely incredible experience at Fish Take Away! If you’re looking for the most delicious pasta with mussels and cheese in the world – this is the place. The mussels were unbelievably fresh and tender, perfectly paired with rich, flavorful pasta that was cooked just right. We also tried the shrimp snacks – crispy, juicy, and full of flavor – a perfect match for their excellent selection of wine and cold beer.

What really made it special was the relaxed, no-rush atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can truly enjoy your food, take your time, and soak in the experience. Friendly service, authentic flavors, and great vibes. A hidden gem that’s all about quality and taste.

My landlord recommended this restaurant to me. I was full of expectations, but now I am very disappointed. The female staff at the front desk behaved as if I owed her money——she was very mean to me. Other employees don't seem to need to work, just watch us move away in a hurry👍🏻. We have always been very polite and say thank you, so I don't think this should be the service attitude we deserve. Maybe the staff have a little problem with Asians👍🏻. In addition, the food’s portion in this restaurant is very small and the taste is ordinary. If any friends see this comment(especially Asian friends), I would like to suggest that there are countless better restaurants to choose...
