RICE Sushi & Fish — Restaurant in Fiumicino

Amazing sushi after a great visit in the parco archeologico d’Ostia! It is only a 10-mins drive. The sushi was truly wonderful! The rice was cooked to perfection and the quality of fish was outstanding! In particular tuna was delicious, which is really rare these days. We have tried the sashimi and the more inventive flavours. The uramaki with tuna, mango purée and mint was very special, in particular because there is sooo much fresh mint growing in the ruins of the ancient Ostia, so the smell connected us to our visit! The service was really kind and very fast! We had a flight to catch from Fiumicino and it took us under 40mins to dine! Will definitely come back!...

Do not pass up on this spot!!! The atmosphere is so calming, the service is supreme, and the food is incredible! We had the Sushi Box Misto, and it was divine! In questo piccolo e insospettabile locale troverete il miglior sushi e pokè di tutta Fiumicino, la qualità delle materie prime è altissima, la ricercatezza e la preparazione dei roll è impeccabile, il gusto finale è un'esplosione di sapori sempre diversa e ben distinta tra un roll e l'altro, che non risultano mai banali, né dal sapore piatto, ma tutti con gusti molto ben marcati, italianizzati il giusto per esaltare la qualità del pesce e degli altri ingredienti sempre freschi e dagli accostamenti originali. Queste considerazioni valgono anche per quanto riguarda gli antipasti, e gli special roll, dal gusto finale clamoroso e dalla preparazione eccellente, tutti i prodotti finiti risultano veramente con un voto che è da 10 su 10. I dolci infine, anch`essi artigianali fatti dalla proprietaria sono una chicca speciale che veramente non ci si aspetterebbe, monoporzioni fresche migliori del 90% delle pasticcerie nella zona, incredibile! Rapporto qualità prezzo veramente ottimo. In tutto questo va sottolineato che anche l'attenzione al cliente è sempre al top e non viene mai in secondo piano.
