Chef Allessandro is legendary. Every time in Italy we’ll make a special detour to Foggia to experience his 14 course dégustation gastronomical adventure. Always using local ingredients and bringing us wonderful wines & sparkling Rosé from regional Pulia producers, the Chef’s enthousiasm and love for great culinary experiences is contagious as we join him on this 4 hr gastronomical feast! This month’s specialties included roasted peppers, stuffed zucchini flower, northern crab, cod in a splendid sugo, calamari, goat-milk lamb, pork wrapped intestine (delicious), sausages, just to name a few! A Must Experience in your lifetime. We leave Pulia with tears knowing that it will be some time before we can relive this wonder once again. But all great things are worth...

We will remember this lunch for a very long time, it was a very special experience. They have a tasting menu, all local and seasonal and traditional. The amount of food is crazy, it was 12 courses I think? Everything was delicious, lots of fish and veggies, sweets were also incredible. The staff were very nice and spoke english.

It costs 40 eur per person for the food and 10 eur per person for the wine (3 glasses - bubbly,...

It is hard to explain how fantastic of an experience this was. Our B&B host described it as 'not a restaurant, but an Apulian wedding' and perhaps that would explain the endless courses of amazing food. We lost track of how many dishes there were - maybe 20 - all top rate and many an excellent reminder of why Italian cuisine is so peerless. The only caution is to pace yourself while eating - if try to eat everything, you won't make it to the last dishes, there's just way too much food! Also, the price was amazing - 40 EUR for the tasting menu. This was easily one of my favourite meals I've had across five...
