This is one of the best and unique restaurant to eat in Castelli romani of Roma!!! The sweet cook Annarita is making delicious authentic italian food in the most originale way and her daughter Lucilla is so welcoming, lovley and respectful. The most fantastic thing about Il Cortiletto, is the interior design. An architect has closely reproduced, what Frascati should have been at the end of 1800. You will find the typical architecture and the tools used by the inhabitants for their jobs, many of them are related to the wine making history of Frascati Wine which dates back before the Roman times. Allora, ci hanno consigliato molto caldamente questo ristorante, ma forse le aspettative erano un po' troppo alte.... intendiamoci, non è da buttare via, ma potrebbe migliorare. Intanto l'antipasto non era così eccezionale, mentre invece i primi e i secondi sono molto buoni. Il servizio è leggermente sotto la media, con il locale pieno per 1/4 ci hanno messo circa 30 minuti per servire l'antipasto (misto salumi + focaccia), poi il primo e il secondo sono arrivati in tempi ragionevoli. I dolci sono fatti in casa e sono buoni. Menzione d'onore per la focaccia, veramente buona, vota a favore della pizza, che non abbiamo ancora provato ma che sarà la prossima scelta!
