Visited this place as a party of 4 after checking some of the other reviews. True, authentic food. Lovely Antipasto - we had the tagliere after seeing some photos from other post. Really good to share. We then got 2 plates of pasta to share - the gnocchi with tartufo cream were delicious. For the main most of us had veal, very tender, tasty and juicy. The service was very friendly. The place also offered complimentary slightly fizzy water which was refreshing. AC temperature was just right. La cacio e pepe? Mai vista. Esperienza molto negativa in questa struttura a Frascati: ci siamo seduti in due alle 13:15 con locale semivuoto ma subito la prima sorpresa: alcuni piatti indicati nella carta non erano disponibili. Abbiamo dunque ripiegato sulla classica "cacio e pepe" ma alle 14:45, dopo un'ora e mezza di attesa e due cestini di pane, siamo andati via senza averla mai vista. Peccato, perché l'ambiente era accogliente e ci eravamo seduti con la certezza di vivere un'esperienza "food" da trattoria tipica, ma la gestione del locale è assolutamente inadeguata.
The cacio e pepe? Never seen. Very negative experience in this establishment in Frascati: two of us sat down at 1.15pm with a half-empty place but immediately the first surprise: some dishes indicated on the menu were not available. We therefore fell back on the classic "cacio e pepe" but at 2.45pm, after an hour and a half of waiting and two baskets of bread, we left without ever having seen it. It's a shame, because the environment was welcoming and we sat down with the certainty of having a typical trattoria "food" experience, but the management of the place is absolutely inadequate.
