Il Borgo Verde Salad & Juice Bar — Restaurant in Frascati

We were excited to visit the only vegan place in Frascati. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Although the restaurant was almost empty (only two other tables besides us), we were completely forgotten and had to wait two hours for our food. When it finally arrived, it was a huge letdown.

My partner received a lukewarm, reheated lasagna, and I was served completely dried-out tofu balls with an absolutely inedible portion of spinach. The food was extremely overpriced for the quality we received.

Honestly, I have had much better vegan food at non-vegan restaurants in Frascati. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise against...

The only fully vegan place in Frascati, Amazing cafe with very friendly staff and nice choice of healthy food and fresh juices and smoothies offering breakfast/ lunch and dinner options.
