The menu features interesting options, but some dishes could use a bit of fine-tuning. For instance, the cappelletti in broth had an overly strong bergamot aroma, which overwhelmed the delicate flavors of the broth and the cappelletti, throwing the dish slightly off balance.

The pasta with chickpeas was flavorful and delicious but far too brothy, whereas this dish is traditionally expected to be served as a dry preparation. While the taste was on point, the texture missed the mark slightly.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but with a few adjustments in the kitchen, this restaurant could truly shine. It’s a place worth visiting, with potential to elevate its offerings...

First time in this amazing typical osteria in one of the best of “Castelli Romani” with my family and 2 American friends!the service was absolutely amazing, the lady and her father are the owners, who genuinely care about their customer :) every request was welcomed with a smile. The food was exceptional, we got pasta, meat and dessert. Everything was high quality Italian food for a super reasonable price!...

Wow- we had the antipasto for 2 which included porchetta , pumpkin with coffee, greens with cheese and tomatoes, sausage (raw I think?) on really nice toast, delicious bufala di ricotta with walnuts, sesame seeds and honey, beans. And a full liter of vino. The service was wonderful. Our server spent the time to explain the menu to us and was very kind. Altogether a wonderful experience...
