Bagni Di Sole — Restaurant in Genoa

Insanely spiteful owner, everything came with some rude comment. At 19.30 she closed off access to the beach and my daughter had to walk around the building onto the road in her swimsuit to get back from her swim. They made a comment about us ordering fast making out there was another booking after us which there wasn’t… this just to name a few of the unpleasant interactions with the head of staff. Pizza was nice but not worth the terrible vibe and long wait, not to mention prices. People like this should not be working...

I was shocked by the rating of more then 4 stars, and again Google it is a very good example that 4+ in different countries even regions means completely different service and expectations. For me, that is around 2-3 stars maximum, it looks like old school bistro with no intention to interior, plastic tables and dirty... I wouldn't...

TITOLO:MAI PIÙ MAI PIÙ. I nostri amici felici di farci provare questo ristorante,prenotano un tavolo per 8 per le 12.30.Noi arriviamo tardando di dieci minuti,loro invece sono già dentro,seduti al tavolo ad aspettarci.Al nostro arrivo una delle cameriere arriva con il libro delle prenotazioni dicendoci che dobbiamo andarcene perché quello non è il nostro tavolo ma di altre persone e dicendo"non so cosa farci"e sparisce..dopo venti minuti ci preparano un tavolo dentro (e non fuori in terrazza come da prenotazione)ordiniamo ed aspettiamo circa un ora prima dell'arrivo dei primi piatti,dimenticano un primo che arriva dopo circa due ore,portano un secondo contemporaneamente ad un primo dentro il quale TROVIAMO UN CAPELLO,ci lamentiamo ovviamente e al momento del conto COME MINIMO DOVEROSAMENTE ci fanno lo sconto e non ci fanno pagare I FAMOSI POLIPETTI AL CAPELLO.Cmq mai più e mai più.Cucina mediocre,bella posizione,servizio pessimo e qualche cameriera anche...
