Bar Anna — Restaurant in Genoa

This is the worst place I’ve been to. The ladies are so rude and not accomodating and very racist. We went inside to buy something to try their food and since the rest of our family were already inside and bought some, we want to see first which one they got and which one is better. But they stopped us and told us to go out and that they are closing so we went outside and stayed right at the door since we are waiting for the rest of our family and we didn’t insisted of going in anymore. However, one of the ladies was banging a knife on the counter and screaming on us to leave. It was very traumatizing and very disrespectful. WORST PLACE ! . never been traumatized as a tourist until I visit ITALY especially this store when I went inside this store with a KAREN OWNER. Branding a knife and forcing me to leave the store if I dont buy their product right away! Spiacevole fine giornata al mare a causa della maleducazione della gestione di questo bar. Attratti dalla posizione del bar entriamo io mio marito e le nostre due figlie per goderci la terrazza sul mare. Appena entrati siamo stati accolti con una grandissima maleducazione e arroganza, quasi dessimo fastidio, una volta seduti la situazione è degenerata con la signora che ci ha fatto sedere al tavolo trattandoci male e facendoci sentire di “troppo” solo perché eravamo in tenuta da spiaggia (considerando che il bar è completamente sulla spiaggia). Quando ad un certo punto ci accorgiamo della ineducazione totale dello staff per come ci trattano io e mio marito decidiamo di alzarci e non consumare nulla e andarcene perché quel bar non merita neanche di avere della clientela. All’uscita la ragazza con tono arrogante e provocatorio incomincia ad urlare” buonasera signora” vedendo che non la consideravo per non abbassarmi ai suoi livelli lei continua con tono cattivo e arrogante con il suo saluto provocatorio.
