Pros: lovely location with beautiful view lovely menu with finger food Long list of drinks and nice bottles especially bubbles

Cons: Service was sadly a big miss. While we regularly booked a table for two, when we arrived they wanted to seat us on the high stools at the back even though there were a couple of empty comfy seats. After insisting they sat is on a corner seat but after we asked again to be moved to a more comfortable seat as we were squeezed. The girl in charge abruptly and rudely refused even though the seat was empty.

Thankfully we asked the intervention of the young man who was working downstairs and after some convincing on his part we were given the better seats.

Bear in mind several comfy seats were empty the whole duration while we were there and a couple of walk ins were also accommodated there.

This place charges premium prices for food and wine. The bill for two people was 85 euros for drinks (champaign) and some food (note that the prices are clearly stated so no surprise there). So the least one should expect is premium (mainly polite) service. Definitely a miss and I wouldn’t go back to be treated...

Siamo stati in questo locale sabato sera, vista e location molto bella, ma siamo rimasti delusi dal servizio. Siamo stati per una festa a sorpresa, tutti i tavoli come benvenuto hanno ricevuto taralli e una bevanda rosa, che però noi non abbiamo mai ricevuto in attesa della persona festeggiata. All'arrivo della festeggiata, abbiamo ordinato per un aperitivo, cocktail ricercati, ma sui quantitativi non ci siamo per niente, sono arrivati dei bicchieri mezzi vuoi nonostante ci fosse dentro il ghiaccio e ovviamente il misero piattino di accompagnamento a pagamento. Bella l'idea della degustazione anche se misera, ma la panna nel pesto, a Genova, fa venire i brividi anche ai più coraggiosi. In teoria insieme a questo piattino doveva arrivare anche una ciotolina di patate al forno che sono arrivate perché richieste da noi. Ma il colmo è stato che nonostante la richiesta esplicita di far arrivare la torta al tavolo alle 22, è stato chiesto alla festeggiata, che ovviamente non sapeva nulla, se potevano far uscire la torta. Personalmente sono rimasta molto delusa, con 10 euro di cocktail (e non era chissà cosa, uno spritz rivisitato) mi aspettavo almeno qualcosa da accompagnare al drink. Vi risparmio di raccontare il pessimo comportamento dei camerieri nei confronti della ragazza che ha organizzato, veramente pessimi. Lo sconsiglio fortemente.

Visto che non ho possibilità di rispondere al vostro commento alla mia recensione, lo farò qui. Mi avete contattato su instagram per chiedermi il perché della mia recensione, mi avete detto che il formaggio nel pesto era Prescinsêua, ora è diventata ricotta, il fatto che non ci siano arrivate le cose al tavolo prima era perché eravamo in troppi e per motivi organizzativi lo portate soli ai tavoli con 4 persone, ora è colpa degli ospiti, no eravamo i primi ad essere arrivati. Per quanto riguarda la torta non si è mai alzato nessuno se non per dire che la torta la volevamo per le 22, cosa che non avete rispettato. Inoltre si siamo stati invitati a tornare, io ho rifiutato per il semplice fatto che non mi interessava ritornare, perché per come sono stata io, sinceramente non ci voglio tornare, ma perché credo che un cliente si debba trovare bene la prima volta non la seconda perché il locale si deve far perdonare.
