Very rude waiter and disappointing experience. We arrived and the waitress told us to sit wherever we liked. There was a table in the shade, but it still had empty cups and bottles from previous customers, while all the other tables were in full sun. The waiter was cleaning every other table except ours. When he finally came over, he said loudly and sarcastically: “You don’t like sitting at a clean table, huh?” I explained that the other tables were in direct sunlight and asked if it was okay to stay there, but his attitude was just as unpleasant as his comment. Overall, very rude service and a disappointing experience. Basic courtesy seems to be too much to ask here. Tourists, choose another bar... this one doesn’t...

Pomeriggio di sole, voglia di un gelato. Mi metto in coda con due amici all'esterno della gelateria in attesa di prendere un cono da portare via. Esce dal locale una donna con un telefono in mano che dice: "tirate fuori i green pass che devo scansionarli". Una ragazza le spiega che per l'asporto non é necessario ma la commessa ignorante e convinta insiste perché "questa è la legge"...e aggiunge "non potreste stare nemmeno sul suolo fuori dalla gelateria senza GP". A nulla servono le proteste della ragazza che rifiuta di mostrare il suo codice QR e se ne va sdegnata. Morale: la maleducazione e l'ignoranza fanno perdere 7 clienti in pochi secondi, me compreso. Un altro bar-gelateria destinato a fallire.

In merito alla risposta alla mia recensione voglio precisare che le norme non si devono interpretare in maniera restrittiva. Nel caso in questione, se fosse vero quanto dice lei, cioè che per asporto si intende solo il cibo confezionato, perché la sua commessa chiede il green pass a tutte le persone in fila ? Come fa a sapere se tra i presenti qualcuno desidera una vaschetta chiusa ermeticamente o un cono ? Tuttavia le ricordo che per cibo, caffè, gelati, dolci, ecc. il GP è richiesto (a campione) solo se si consuma all'interno del locale, sul posto o nelle sue immediate vicinanze, per l'asporto NO. Le ricordo inoltre che un decreto legge è inferiore alla Legge del codice penale e, nello specifico, del Testo unico delle leggi di pubblica sicurezza. Pertanto se è cosi rispettoso perché viola l'art.187 del TULPS ? Infine, mi chiedo se lei si ritiene padrone del suo locale dal momento che a decidere se vendere o meno un gelato è lo Stato e non...

I had been wanting to write a review on the older lady that serves here, who will always put nearly half less icecream than they normally serve and today gave me the smallest scoop of two icecreams that I have ever got for a price that has gone up by 50 cents. I checked excelsa gelato shop and they have only raised by 20 cents.
