D'Istinto Pokè & Sushi Fusion — Restaurant in Genoa

It was very pleasant experience. Food really tasty, sushi with unusual ingredients I've never seen in someone's' menu before (for example sushi with kiwi and marakuja). Everything was great but the most memorable was staff of the restouran. They were so kind and attentive to us, they smiling a lot and were very gentel and positiv. We'll definettly come again. Wish you restouran all the best :)

P.S small improvements from my side: please take a look at bottle with soi sause - when I poured soy sauce it spills. Seems like the bootle need to be changed to some other bottle with...

Abbiamo cenato divinamente in questo ristorante Sushi scoperto per caso, che ha catturato immediatamente la nostra attenzione. Locale rilassante e ben curato in ogni dettaglio, ci si sente subito a proprio agio, ambiente accogliente con la luce giusta e musica rilassante e accattivante, elementi che ben preparano ai piatti proposti. Qualità delle materie prime eccellente, gli abbinamenti classici si accompagnano a proposte fusion o innovative di alto livello. Un bel mix tra l'oriente e l'italianità, con un bellissimo passaggio per le terre calienti del Sud America. Insomma, ogni palato viene ampiamente soddisfatto, con attenzione alle intolleranze o ai regimi alimentari più rigidi. Occhio strizzato anche ai cocktails di accompagnamento, sia lungo il pasto o per un ottimo aperitivo. Prezzi perfettamente in linea con un ottimo ristorante sushi senza però eccedere, ineccepibili per la qualità e la varietà offerte. Non dimentichiamo il personale, davvero gentile e disponibile, discreto ma presente al minimo cenno, a creare la perfetta armonia che ci si aspetta in un ambiente simile. Che dire? Ci torneremo ancora, non ha nulla a che invidiare ai più blasonati sushi genovesi. Complimenti ragazzi!!! P.S. viene offerto anche il servizio take...

We came here because of the good reviews and it was worth it! Good food, amazing service, and good atmosphere. They had special sushi combinations that I've not seen before. We asked the waiter for a recommended non-alcoholic cocktail, and he delivered! 10/10...
