Con mia moglie abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante elegante raffinato di ottimo livello ubicato nel quartiere genovese della Foce vicino a Piazzale Kennedy ed ha soltanto tavoli interni disposti su due piani. Tavolo ben apparecchiato con pane e focaccia squisiti ed abbiamo ordinato: come prini trenette al pesto genovese con patate e fagiolini e come secondi una classica cotoletta alla milanese con le sue patatine ed insalata di stoccafisso con patate e olio nuovo ed infine come dolci sorbetto sl linone e un semifreddo alla nocciols. Tutto squisito buono e porzioni abbondanti con l’eccezione dello stoccafisso che era buono ma non eccezionale. Personale molto gentile cordiale competente e disponibile mentre il servizio è stato attento e molto veloce. I prezzi logicamente cari ma giusti ed a proposito del conto c’è stato un malinteso noi abbiamo chiesto ci portassero il conto al tavolo ma visto che tardava ad arrivare siamo scesi giù dalla cassa per pagare e l’equivoco è stato immediatamente risolto.
My wife and I had dinner in this elegant, refined restaurant of excellent quality located in the Foce district of Genoa near Piazzale Kennedy and has only internal tables arranged on two floors. Well set table with delicious bread and focaccia and we ordered: such as prini trenette with Genoese pesto with potatoes and green beans and as second courses a classic Milanese cutlet with its chips and stockfish salad with potatoes and new oil and finally as desserts sorbet sl linone and a hazelnut semifreddo. Everything was delicious and generous portions with the exception of the stockfish which was good but not exceptional. Very kind, friendly, competent and helpful staff while the service was attentive and very fast. The prices were logically expensive but fair and there was a misunderstanding regarding the bill. Read moreI have been coming here regularly for many years. It's the best restaurant in Genova by far. The consistent high quality of food and service over the years has been remarkable. The decor is very nice and tables are confortably large!!! When in season come for the Porcini mushrooms. If you are a truffle lover as I am, this is truffle paradise in Genova, obviously only when in season. Fish is excellent all year round. The two owners and all the staff are very friendly and excellent wine connoisseurs. It is a bit expensive, less than what you think and truly worth it....

Negatives: The cuisine is extremely basic. Absolutely nothing special about the food. You can literally find this kind of food in hundreds of other restaurants in Genova and it will be same taste but less expensive.
Positives: The interior looks great, - old fashioned style. The service is also very good, - the stuff is friendly.
