Nuovissima apertura per questo ristorante orientale con formula All You Can Eat...Restiamo sempre nell ambito "cinese che prepara anche sushi" come praticamente ovunque in questa città. Ambiente moderno ed estremamente elegante, dislocato su due piani,con decorazioni in neon e vetro e postazioni ben distanziate tra di loro. Presenti anche 2 salette più piccole che offrono un ambiente più intimo per eventi particolari. Il menù non offre pressoché niente di nuovo o diverso dai suoi consimili, eccetto qualche variazione di preparazione qua e la specialmente per Uramaki e compagnia,con combinazioni sempre meno credibili e sempre più lontane da quella che è l autentica essenza del sushi..i ravioli al vapore ricotta e spinaci sono un vero sgambetto alla cucina italiana ma lasciamo perdere😁.Molto varia invece la carta dei dolci che però (come dappertutto) si pagano a parte insieme alle bevande.La qualità che ho riscontrato è pochino migliore,restiamo comunque nello "scongelando qua e là".Presenti le solite birre orientali ormai sopravvalutate nel prezzo.Gli ordini si effettuano mediante un tablet e vengono recapitati direttamente al tavolo..ho un pò di dubbi sulla funzionalità di questo sistema nei giorni particolarmente affollati. Il servizio è stato comunque molto rapido e non troppo confusionario.Personale di sala gentile e sorridente, almeno fino a quando anche scherzando non chiedi uno sconto..I menù sono differenti (anche nel prezzo) tra pranzo e cena, quest ultimo offre sicuramente più scelta e può comunque essere richiesto anche per pranzo. Ho apprezzato la carta di cocktail a base di liquori orientali,ben realizzati forse un pò tendenti al leggero,ma va bene.Vergognoso a dir poco che ad una bambina di 7 anni presente al nostro tavolo venga addebitata la stessa tariffa di un adulto..ci vorrebbe più attenzione nei confronti dei più piccoli,inoltre a fine pasto nemmeno si sono degnati di offrire almeno un amaro visto che comunque i prezzi sono superiori alla media..davvero una grande caduta di stile.Spero soltanto che questo ristorante non segua il percorso (quasi inevitabile) di praticamente tutti i locali di questo genere, che dopo una partenza coi fiocchi (anche dal punto di vista scenico) vanno incontro ad un progressivo e inesorabile declino.Io comunque non...

To be completely honest, I was expecting more. We went 30 min after it opend in the afternoon & it wasn't so full at first so we were seated fast. The food was alright, some dishes a little too salty for our tastes (especially the soups) & the service leaves to wonder... Mind you even if it was less than half full, the waiters were not so interested in serving and cleaning tables (we waited a lot for the dishes to be ready as well & if we talk about portions, they were small so you can order everything off the menu and be satisfied). The food was ok, as a 'all you can eat' it's pricey for what it gives you. It was an experience that can be upgraded by time surely. But for me, once was enough...

Although the seafood selection is limited to four (salmon, tuna, branzino, shrimp), they have a pretty good variety of Traditional and Western sushi with Chinese (crispy and crunchy) and Japanese (raw fish, fresh vegetables) filling.

There is even sushi with Italian touch, with truffle paste and mozzarella 😃 But... we are not here to argue about tastes...
