Pizzeria pinseria 23 Febbraio — Restaurant in Genoa

Terrible service. Party of 10 waited about 1 hour and a half for our pizza orders. In addition, the waiter forgot about my daughter’s pizza order which came after everyone else was done eating. When asking the waiter about the pizza, he was extremely arrogant and rude yelling that the pizza was coming out in 2 minutes. But again, her pizza came out over 2 hours after we ordered. The waiter never apologized and just ignored our table more and more. We asked for an extra Pepsi which came 40 minutes later. Waiter was very attentive to the other 2 tables near us, which unfortunately made us realize it could’ve been a case of racism at this restaurant. I have never experienced such terrible service anywhere. The owner never came over with an explanation or an apology for the rudeness and terrible service of his waiter. The pizza was mediocre and the service was ZERO stars. I do not recommend this...

Ci sono stata per la prima volta dopo averne sentito parlare tanto, e mi sento di dire questa cosa: questa pizzeria si aggiudica il primo posto tra le mie preferite, senza dubbio. Partiamo dalle pizze, con ingredienti ottimi, gustosi, saporiti, di qualità, nel loro menù presentano un sacco di pizze con abbinamenti molto particolari e davvero azzeccatissimi! Come la pizza carbonara, la pizza amatriciana, o la pizza con gli spaghetti sopra! Alcune sembrano azzardate, ma vi assicuro che riescono a trasformare tutto in meraviglia e in una bontà mai provata prima!! Possono accontentare tutti i gusti, pizza, pinsa, hanno anche il menù ristorante! Con piatti sfiziosissimi e ad un prezzo abbordabilissimo! I prezzi sono assolutamente accessibili, io quando sono andata ero con 25 persone, tutti hanno preso la pizza, quasi tutti il dolce, almeno 8 acque, 3 bottiglie di vino e 2 caraffe di vino (sempre da 1L) e abbiamo speso solo 20€ a testa!!! Anche il menù dei dolci è ricchissimo, io essendo un’amante della cheesecake ho preso quella al caramello salato, morbidissima e cremosissima, ho assaggiato anche il loro tiramisù classico, bello pieno di crema ma non pesante, e il loro “tiramisù alla genovese” fatto proprio con la focaccia!! Assolutamente da provare. Il servizio davvero eccellente e ci tengo davvero a ringraziare uno dei camerieri che mi ha fatto veramente morire dal ridere… un’esperienza così non l’ho avuta mai da nessuna parte… grazie!! Tutti cortesi, tutti gentili, è stata davvero una serata perfetta non potevo scegliere posto migliore per festeggiare il compleanno. L’ambiente è accogliente, facilmente raggiungibile e accessibile a tutti. Se come me volete prenotare per una festa e siete in tanti vi consiglio di chiamare con anticipo poiché prendono solo 1 tavolata grande a sera (se non ho capito male) Io davvero la consiglio a tutti sia con il cuore che con lo stomaco, perché un posto come questo merita una tappa...

There aren't so many pinsa options in Genova, and because it's my favourite dough, I was happy to try this restaurant. I enjoyed the pinsa and my husband particularly likes the tiramisu made with focaccia genovese. A truly unique hybrid of tastes, showcasing one of the city's most famous foods.
