I want to leave this review in the hope that as many people as possible can see it and not think that what these individuals are doing is normal. From the service, the location, the quality of the products to the time of payment, everything was wrong, totally inappropriate and without a bit of respect for the guests. I grew up in Italy and I know the authentic taste of a butcher's shop, but I was served with burnt meat, we had a child at our table and when we arrived I specified the fact that a child does not eat anything else but a schnitzel, we adults we received the appetizers and the second course of food during all this time we asked several times about the child's food without any results, and all this time the child had to sit and watch us eat. The behavior of the owner leaves a lot to be desired, considering that when we wanted to pay, he replied phlegmatically that this is how food is made and we don't know how to eat it. It was a terrible dinner and without any positive results. Sono stato in questa macelleria in data 20/08/2025 eravamo in 4 abbiamo trovato posto all'interno perché fuori si deve prenotare. Sala abbastanza gradevole con aria condizionata. Per quanto riguarda il servizio ragazzi gentili ma poco preparati ( non per colpa loro) , dopo aver chiesto un panino con pulled pork per mia figlia mi sono sentito dire che era finito , peccato che erano già passati 20 minuti allorché ho ordinato un hamburger con patatine fritte e quando io e gli altri commensali avevamo quasi finito di cenare ci hanno detto che le patatine fritte erano finite ( altri 40 minuti persi) . Nel menù della casa che abbiamo preso in 3 erano compresi anche digestivo e dolce ( menzionato dal menù offerto dalla casa e non della casa) e alla mia richiesta di cosa ci fosse come dolce mi è stato proposto biscotti di mandorle o bomboniera e abbiamo optato per questi ultimi .Ne hanno portato una confezione ( p.s. bomboniera algida) e alla mia richiesta di portarne altre ho visto un'espressione un po' strana e quando sono andato a pagare il conto ho capito il perché: il dolce inteso come bomboniera non era compreso nel prezzo perché il ragazzo con cui ho interloquito mi ha detto che non era dolce della casa . Peccato che sul menù c'è scritto offerto dalla casa e non dolce della casa .Quindi tratte le conclusioni come cibo ci siamo ma come servizio no. E ripeto mi dispiace per i ragazzi che servono che comunque sono...

La serata nn è stata il massimo.. Se devi mangiare li nn hai neanche un menù e devi scegliere tra carne e solo carne. Cmq giustamente è una macelleria , ma almeno un piatto di pasta no, e? Siamo arrivati e la signora Rosa ci ha accolti bene.. Il peggio arriva quando abbiamo dovuto ordinare perchè la signora è stata molto pesante: ma vi basta così, siete sicuri? Ma vi faccio un altro piatto.... Ho capito che devono vendere però accipicchia. Abbiamo ordinato e io ho preso un calice di vino.
