Omg me and my friend were so disappointed. Everybody talking about Zero81 pizza, but now that I tried it, it comes out to be nothing special! I ordered a pizza without cheese, but my friends ordered normal pizzas. The ingredients on pizza were just thrown on it, without any feeling how to make a good looking pizza. My friends even didn’t eat it all. Maybe before when it was a small pizzeria the pizzas were great, but now it became a huge pizza making “industry”… the stuff was nice but some of them don’t speak (good) italian. I had a feeling “order, eat, go”.

As a foreign traveler, I really appreciate this place! The menu is available online as a PDF, in case you don’t understand Italian, just let it translate by ChatGPT or DeepSeek. I went in, ordered my Pizza, paid contactless with a German credit card and got my Pizza (photo attached) in just about 5 minutes. Amazing service, great atmosphere inside the restaurant, and the pizza itself was amazing! I totally recommend this pizzeria to anyone who visits Gorizia! 😄

La pizza era molto buona,il locale elegante, le birre sono arrivate quasi subito ma nonostante la prenotazione le pizze più di un'ora dopo quando ormai le bevande erano calde. Alla richiesta di quanto tempo c'era ancora da aspettare i ragazzi continuavano a ripetere fra 5 minuti,per quanto davvero gentili ed empatici, sembrava quasi una presa in giro. Il tutto peggiorato dal fatto di essere in una saletta dove il condizionatore segnava 27 gradi, affollata ma non insonorizzata tanto che non era possibile neanche conversare per la confusione. Mi dispiace per la scarsa valutazione ma più di un'ora di attesa per una pizzeria professionale è troppo e il fatto che il locale fosse pieno non è una scusante, se non riescono a gestire tutte le prenotazioni forse sarebbe meglio diminuire i tavoli o almeno avvertire il cliente dell'attesa così almeno uno decide se aspettare o disdire.

I've been to this pizzeria a few times, and I have to admit that I haven't had a bad experience yet. The whole team is friendly and caring. On summer evenings, several people can appear on the terrace in a short time, then you will have to wait a few minutes longer for this excellent pizza, but everything is understandable.
