Fun experience and a way to appreciate Dario’s good eats w/out going to the restaurants. Overall experience was 5star mostly because of the novelty of it and the spectacular view, but I was disappointed with how fatty my pastrami was- expect some fat by nature of the meat but it was a 50:50 ratio. We also had 2 burgers and a Dario Dog in our order. One burger was cooked med/rare, the other seared (raw), which ended up being OK for those eating them but we were never asked temp, so assumed they would be cooked the same (maybe med to med/rare).
