Pasta & Pizza — Restaurant in Greve in Chianti

My husband and I dined here for dinner last weekend and this pass was such a refreshing change of pace from the upscale dining we had during our trip to Tuscany. No frills, great service, and really good food. Our meal was affordable and filling with smooth and kind service. I drenched my pizza and pasta with the pepperoncino oil they brought to the table, a must for anyone with a love for heat! Now back in the United States, I have already thought about that pizza and oil several times this week. Would eat here again...

Best pizza we had during our 2-week trip exploring Italy. We did “take-away” both times and quality was consistently excellent. 19.4.19, wir bekamen direkt einen Platz obgleich alles voll war. Gegessen haben wir Nudeln mit Spargel und Lasagne, dazu Wein und Wasser. Beiden Gerichten fehlt Salz und Pfeffer - also es war wirklich gar kein Salz dran und es schmeckte fad. Die Gewürze werteten das Essen auf, aber dennoch war es gemessen an dem was man in der Toskana nun wirklich überall bekommt, eher schlecht. Die Pizza sah deutlich besser aus. Ich würde pizza empfehlen, Pasta sollte man woanders essen.

Eines noch, alle waren sehr freundlich bis auf die Bedienung. Sie würdigte mir keines Blickes, sprach nur mit meiner Freundin und fragte mich nicht Mal persönlich ob ich Nachtisch haben mochte. Das war mehr als unhöflich! Ich nahm dann natürlich...
