Bar Gelateria Panineria "Crema & Cioccolato" Griante — Restaurant in Griante

WARNING: SCAM! We ordered two sorts each and in every other Gelateria that means you want TWO scoups. But apparently not here. Instead the clerk started to pile SIX scoups for each of us. When we realized it was too late and we had to pay all of it. If you decide to go here make sure to specify over and over that you only want a scoup of each. Even if you ask for a small they will try and make you buy WAY TOO MUCH!!

From the other comments they owners will try and tell you that you ordered this and that size and got what you ordered but thats a very sad excuse as there are no portion sizes or prices listed anywhere visible.

They also didn't use the cash register or gave us a receipt so you can think to yourself what that means...

We will check again, if nothing changes, we will report this shady business to...

There was no ice cream nearby, so we chose to get the ice cream at this little shop. The woman behind the counter was very nice and let us taste the flavours before letting us choose. However, as I clearly asked for one (pointing out one with my finger), I got three scoopes. At first, I thought, maybe she was being very generous, however she asked me to pay for all three scoopes which was €6 altogether. It felt like fraud. Ice cream was okay (stracciatella had not much chocolate), and the waffle was a little...

So I think this is my first 2 star review ever…. We stopped here on the way back of the Greenaway de Lago walk (amazing!) as per the other reviews the lady was very friendly but charged 8EUROS for an ice cream, no prices anywhere and didn’t ask for the size etc, we had 2 affragatos at 7 euros each so 30 in total. Although I don’t mind spending, the whole thing felt very ‘scammy’ and underhand. I would AVOID…. (Icecream was ok, but...
