Grottaglie was since a bit orphan of a place like this: a bit of trattoria, a bit of a pub, a bit of meeting point. It is always crowded with an interesting mix of different generations that I like to observe, and it is rare to find places like this. Food is good with a focus on the local products (that I like a lot) and the quality of the materials (that is always the right choice), they have some good German beer, and they can satisfy all appetites. The only thing I would like them to change is the menu: in the sense that I am sure they can present more variety or simply rotate dishes depending from the season, leaving the top list unchanged. Service is nice and the atmosphere is welcoming. They do not accept reservations because is always full, so arrive early or be prepared to put your name in the waiting list for a table. È un posto spettacolare, sempre alla temperatura giusta, fresco in Estate e ben riscaldato in Inverno! Le pietanze sono gustose, c'è scelta per tutte le necessità, e spesso i condimenti ed i contorni delle portate sono in base alla stagione, fornendo sempre la possibilità di variare il contenuto dei piatti per adattarlo al Cliente, che si sente sempre al centro dell'attenzione. L'atmosfera è informale, tutto e molto pulito e pieno di finiture in legno semplici che restituiscono il gusto di un posto di altri tempi, in cui si poteva andare con amici e colleghi e bere in simpatia e mangiare pietanze tipiche della cucina locale!!! Ci sono molti panini e con una grande varietà di personalizzazione...la cottura dei cibi è davvero spettacolare, tutto servito sempre caldo anche se ci sono varie portate e mangiano tavolate di 6persone. Abbiamo anche potuto guardare una partita su Pay TV, anche se non eravamo interessati. Nessun sovraprezzo anche quando ci sono serate con musica dal vivo.
